The Selkie Astrologer Logo Design

For Leah, the soul behind he Selkie Astrologer, the central focus was to create a visual identity that captures the essence of her connection to oceanic and celestial realms. I began by digitally recreating a seal she had originally painted, transforming it into a distinctive logo icon that serves as the foundation of her brand.

To deepen the symbolism, I overlaid a celestial zodiac pattern onto the seal, integrating Leah’s astrological focus seamlessly with the selkie motif. To bring the design to life and evoke the fluidity and mystery of the sea, I incorporated delicate bubbles that contain important planetary and zodiac symbols personally significant to Leah, adding layers of meaning and storytelling.

The typography was carefully selected to reflect the natural, flowing movement of seaweed, striking a balance between organic rhythm and refined elegance. The color palette draws directly from the sea, featuring tranquil aqua tones contrasted with rich, deep blues, evoking both calm and depth.
