IPPOSI Website Redesign

The original IPPOSI website was overwhelmed by dense, text-heavy content and an overly complex super menu, which made navigation difficult and diluted the organization’s impact. Crucially, it lacked a human element—there was little emphasis on the powerful stories and faces of the patient advocates at the heart of IPPOSI’s mission.

My project focused on transforming this experience by streamlining the site’s structure and crafting clear, easy-to-understand copy that speaks directly to diverse audiences. I sourced authentic quotes and personal stories from IPPOSI’s members to bring their voices and journeys to the forefront, creating a more engaging and relatable connection with visitors. Alongside the content overhaul, I refined the visual and aesthetic direction to produce a polished, welcoming, and accessible site that reflects IPPOSI’s commitment to patient advocacy and community.

The result is a user-friendly, story-driven platform that amplifies the voices of those IPPOSI serves, making their mission more visible and their impact more meaningful.
