I’m Shannon Karpinski, and I built Karpi Diem Brand Alchemy because I’ve been where you are.
For years, I worked as a creative generalist, saying "yes" to every design task and technical tweak. I was helping, but I wasn't solving the root problem. I realised that my clients didn't need more "pretty things"—they needed a Brand Vessel. They needed the strategic infrastructure to hold their brilliance and turn it into sustainable growth.
I burned the "busy-work" to find the gold. Today, I work as a Brand Strategist and Copywriter for practitioners, educators, retreat spaces, and facilitators who are ready to move from "throwing spaghetti at the wall" to leading with authority.
Based in West Cork, Ireland, and working with purpose-driven brands across Europe, my approach blends intuitive insight with surgical strategic thinking.
